I started this business because I saw how many older people really struggled with technology, specifically things that have become second nature to me. In my IT career, I learned I have a knack for explaining problems to the older generation. My hope is that I will be able to help your parents, your aunt or uncle, your next-door neighbor, to help them work through their technological issues and to learn how to make it work.

My approach is calm, patient, and free of jargon — just simple explanations that make everyday tech easier to understand. Every question is welcome, and we learn at your pace.
